The celebrity basketball game hosted by Cool Al (BET College Tour) featuring DJ Drop, Reggie Swinton (formerly Arizona Cardinals), Corey (Clout Records), Trikz Da Silva (Nike, starred in the movie The Brave One with Terrence Howard and Jodie Foster), Definition DJ’s and more will jump off at 1pm.
Sunday, February 24, 2008:

• Annual Parade 1pm - 2pm
Starting at Erykah Badu’s Black Forest Theater and proceeds down Martin Luther King Blvd. & dissipates at Fair Park
• Fashion Show & Talent Showcase 2pm - 5pm
This Black History Tribute event can be summed up in one word EDUTAINMENT. There will be great food, educational speakers, and celebrity appearances by Rasheeda, Goodie Mob, Lil Shine, New Generation for Christ, Teflon and so many more. This extravagant weekend wraps up with the grand finale 2nd Annual Hip Hop Parade, hair and fashion show as well as a theatrical performance.
The 3 day event costs are $10 for students and $20 for adults and can be purchased online @ www.myspace.com/groundfloorentertainment.
